Furman basketball is facing San Diego State in the Round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament on Saturday.

After upsetting the Virginia Cavaliers, the Paladins will look to defeat the Aztecs to make a special run in this year’s March Madness. Sophomore JP Pegues made the game-winning three-pointer to secure another win for Furman in the tournament for the first time since 1974.

San Diego State will also look to make a run in the tournament after losing in the first round the past two years. A win will advance the Aztecs to the second round for the first time since 2015.
